• Pull the CA field team's reality into the planning room
• Shape the 7-year strategy without turning it into a slide museum
• Own the math behind every Inventory Manager promise made to a customer
• Sit between Distribution Requirements Planning and Transportation Management teams as the person who makes the call
• Time the Sacramento launch against what GrowthEdge Corp can realistically staff
• Stand up the operating cadence that keeps Sacramento, CA teams rowing the same direction
