Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supply/demand planning or buying experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining forecasting discipline.
• Proactive communication and independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own short‑term demand forecasts and place weekly orders.
• Develop and manage 3, 6, and 9 month ordering strategies.
• Analyze and present monthly demand forecasts directly to brand partners.

Skills

Strong experience with ERP systems

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Confident communication skills

Understanding of inventory metrics
