• Push a business pilot past the part where most pilots die
• Translate Cleveland Clinic goals into quarterly roadmaps the business team can actually ship
• Audit existing processes and recommend high-impact improvements
• Drive strategic planning and quarterly goal-setting across Cleveland Clinic business units
• Pin down the unit economics before Cleveland Clinic pours fuel on growth
• Lead due diligence on acquisition and investment opportunities
• Identify growth opportunities in the Charleston, WV market and beyond
• Support Inventory Specialist leadership with data-driven recommendations
