Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in New Hampshire is seeking a Stock Associate to receive shipments, maintain inventory records, and keep the stockroom organized for efficient replenishment on the sales floor. This role supports the sales team during peak times and ensures merchandise is properly ticketed and stored.

The ideal candidate provides strong customer service, is detail-oriented, and able to lift items as needed. Full-time availability is preferred, with the ability to work across shifts.

Qualifications

• Provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stockroom organization.
• Ability to operate scanning equipment for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and maintain inventory records.
• Scan shipments as delivered and ticket stock in the stockroom or for distribution.
• Assist sales team in replenishing the sales floor during recovery periods.
• Organize stockroom by department and categories; ensure merchandise is properly stored and logged.
• Support store operations including upkeep of the stockroom and back areas.
