Capri Holdings Limited is seeking a Stock Supervisor/Stock Manager for its Central Valley, NY location. You will oversee inventory, cycle counts, and stock flow while supporting the store team in delivering exceptional service and visual merchandising standards.

The role involves collaborating with the store manager on risk management, cash controls, and inventory procedures, training staff on register usage, and ensuring accurate shipping/receiving processes.

Qualificações

• Retail stock management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory and cycle count processes.
• Ability to train staff and operate register functions.

Responsabilidades

• Meet personal and store sales goals and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Maintain policies and procedures for sales and service.
• Assist customers with service issues (returns, defective merchandise) and resolve complaints.
• Collaborate with store manager on risk management, cash controls, and inventory management.
• Assist in training staff on register usage and maintenance.
• Support stock, shipping, receiving procedures and related paperwork.
• Participate in inventories and ensure merchandise is neatly stocked and displayed.
