Job summary

Valentino in Miami is seeking a Stock Administrator to execute operational tasks in line with Valentino guidelines and to support the sales team with back-end activities enabling the sale process.

This full-time role offers benefits and an hourly rate of $21, depending on experience. You will manage stock, perform cycle counts, support loss prevention, and coordinate with store management to ensure smooth product flows.

Qualifications

• Stock administrator must ensure efficient inventory control and replenishment.
• Perform regular cycle counts and stock-takes to maintain accurate records.
• Support store teams and management with back-end processes to facilitate sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized stock of sellable and non-sellable items.
• Provide support to Sales Teams with fast replenishment of merchandise.
• Support Store Managers with orders of non-core material (stationery, packaging, uniforms).
• Process deliveries and transfers within due dates to support sales and client experience.
• Process omnichannel ship-from-store orders when applicable.
• Manage stock activities using company tools and systems (SAP, Smart XP, PRISM, etc.).
