USA GPC Genuine Parts Company, a leading auto parts network, seeks an Inventory Stock Associate to maintain accurate stock, support efficient product flow, and keep a clean, organized store environment. You will receive/post freight, perform cycle counts, and pull orders for delivery drivers, the counter, and will-call.
Minimum 1 year stocking experience, a High School Diploma, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs are required. Starting hourly rate is $23.00 with benefits included.
Summary The Inventory Stock Associate is focused on maintaining accurate inventory, efficient product flow, and a clean/organized store environment. This role is responsible for receiving/posting freight, cycle counts, shelving/organization/maintenance of inventory, accurate and timely order pulling for delivery drivers, counter customers, and will-call. This role requires strong technical knowledge of automotive parts, the ability to identify and source the correct parts, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. The position also serves as a key resource for internal team members on product and system knowledge.
Performance Measures: Inventory Compliance On time stocking and deliveries Store Sales Store cleanliness and organization Adherence to operational and inventory processes Contribution to team support and store operations including inventory and delivery management Compliance with asset protection and loss prevention standards.
Reports to: Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
Works closely with: Counter Sales Associates, drivers, external customers as applicable (retail and dealer shops)

This position offers a starting hourly rate of $23.00. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
