Job summary

Energy Excellence Group is seeking a results-driven analyst to own business outcomes in Transportation Management from its Lancaster, CA office. You will sequence rollouts for California regions and map revenue leaks across the funnel to inform decisions.

This role requires hands-on Demand Forecasting and Spend Analysis, clear communication across emails, calls and in-person meetings, and the ability to defend a recommendation to executives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with demand forecasting and spend analysis in real-world settings.
• Confident communicator across email, calls and in-person meetings.
• Strong time-management skills with a bias toward action.
• Ability to defend a recommendation in front of skeptics.
• Experience owning projects from concept through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Sequence the rollout so CA regions don't all break at once
• Map where revenue leaks between handoffs across the business funnel
• Wire up dashboards so Lancaster managers stop asking you for the same numbers
• Frame the tradeoff so a busy executive can choose in sixty seconds
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts on behalf of Energy Excellence Group
