Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Material Handler Inventory in Taylor, TX to receive, inspect, stock, and issue spare parts and raw materials. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, train new team members, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years shipping/receiving experience, and familiarity with SAP or WorldShip. Forklift experience is preferred, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Good communication and safety mindset.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• SAP or WorldShip familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process spare parts and raw materials.
• Stock and issue items to manufacturing departments.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, returns, and inventory movements.
• Support inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Investigate discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Train new staff in inventory control procedures.
• Assist with root cause analysis for operational issues.
• Create shipping docs and conduct outbound inspections.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as required.
• Provide customer service in the Spare Parts room.
