Job summary
Varda Space Industries is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our supply chain team in El Segundo, CA. The role focuses on maintaining precise inventory, preparing kits in the ERP system, and ensuring materials are stocked with accurate shelf-life controls.
The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in inventory-related roles, strong attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment. On-site work with opportunities for stock options and relocation support is available.
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience with receiving inventory, inspecting inventory, or preparing kits.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems or equivalent software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- High school diploma, GED, trade school certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
- Properly store material in inventory
- Prepare kits of materials requested within ERP system
- Monitor inventory shelf life and stock levels
- Perform inventory counts
