Job summary

WIS International in Lincoln, NE is seeking Inventory Specialists to count and record inventory with precision and follow a clear, consistent workflow. You will move between inventory locations, often standing for extended periods, to meet daily performance goals and unlock productivity-based wage increases.

Starting wage is $16.00–$18.00 per hour with paid training and opportunities for referral bonuses, 401k, and travel. No degree required; prior retail or warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work.
• No inventory experience? Training provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
