Job summary

WIS International is seeking an Inventory Associate in Texas for morning shifts. The role focuses on counting and recording inventory, following a defined workflow, and moving between locations while staying active. Early mornings with flexible hours can increase earnings.

Starting wage is $15.00–$17.00 per hour. Training is paid, and there are wage upsides with productivity. Benefits include health and retirement plans and potential travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver or Warehouse work preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools

Responsibilities

• Count and record inventory with precision.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals and expect wage increases as you perform.
