L&M Fleet Supply is seeking an Inventory Specialist at the Cloquet store to serve as the primary inventory auditor. You will verify counts, report high-dollar losses to management, and help safeguard stock integrity.

You will analyze shrink data, investigate discrepancies, train staff on inventory practices, and reinforce merchandise security, while delivering customer-friendly service.

Job Type: Full-Time Hours

Schedule: Monday - Friday; Shift Time from 6:30am - 3:00pm

Targeted Pay Range: $16 -19 per hour.

(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

What you'll do in this role:

Our Inventory Specialist is the store's primary inventory auditor. You will be responsible for verifying accuracy of all counts and immediately communicate high dollar losses to management. You will also be responsible for analyzing shrink data, researching & tracking all major discrepancies, training staff on inventory management, reviewing current merchandise security, as well as other duties assigned by management.
