Job summary

Hajoca Corporation, based in Oklahoma City with a permanent Tulsa consignment store, is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join its warehouse team. You will handle replenishments, cycle counts, and discrepancies while supporting Will Call operations and consignment inventories.

A typical Profit Center is the heart of our business and consists of a warehouse, counter, sales office, and (sometimes) a showroom. Our PCs conduct business under unique trade names and offer a customized business approach, honoring what's special about each local marketplace.

About The Role

You will:

• Handle material replenishments, ensuring the replenishment queue is cleared each day and material is relocated as needed.
• Work through daily, system driven cycle counts.
• Diagnose and resolve any inventory discrepancies encountered while performing replenishments and cycle counts, verifying the appropriate documentation when necessary.
• Work with team members to identify and correct process deviations through coaching and developing newer associates.
• Identify and list materials to be credited to the customer, forwarding this information as required for processing.
• Trace movements and identify errors in the put away or picking process when "missing" material is encountered.
• Assist with customers at the Will Call Counter and consignment location inventories and operations as needed.
• Perform general warehouse and receiving duties as needed.
• Maintain a neat and orderly workspace.
• Perform all job functions in accordance with the company's Safety Standards.
• Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

About You

• 1+ year of warehouse inventory handling experience
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred

Additional Details

This position is based in Oklahoma City, with permanent placement at a consignment store in Tulsa, OK. Candidates will complete 4 months of training in Oklahoma City before relocating to their permanent Tulsa location. A sign-on bonus will be provided to cover travel expenses to Oklahoma City during the training period.
