Job summary

Casey Auto Group is seeking an Inventory Specialist to capture high-quality photos and videos of our vehicle inventory, ensure compliance with FTC/state policies, and maintain accurate digital listings across dealer websites and third-party platforms.

You will coordinate with Marketing to ensure data sync and timely postings, while meeting strict processing timelines. Requires 21+ with a valid driver's license and attention to detail for accurate listings.

Qualifications

• Experience operating digital cameras, computers, smartphones with advanced picture capabilities, and Microsoft Office software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage strict processing timelines and rigorous compliance standards.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with management, sales, and other team members in real time.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Capture and upload professional photo galleries for new and pre-owned inventory.
• Create engaging walk-around or feature videos for each vehicle.
• Ensure all pre-owned vehicles meet FTC, state, and dealership labeling and data accuracy policies.
• Maintain all required documentation inside the vehicle and deal folder.
• Process photos, labels, window stickers, and paperwork within 10 days of arrival.
• Review missing photo lists daily and report inventory status updates to management.
• Coordinate with Marketing to verify data sync across websites and third-party listings.

Casey Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Inventory Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you will play a critical part in our online merchandising and compliance operations. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographic and video media of our new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, ensuring federal and state compliance, and maintaining seamless digital listings across our dealership websites and third-party platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Photography: Capture and upload professional, high-accuracy photo galleries that showcase our new and pre-owned inventory in the best possible light.
• Vehicle Videography: Create engaging walk-around or feature videos for each new and pre-owned vehicle on the lot.
• Compliance & Labeling: Ensure all pre-owned vehicles meet Federal Trade Commission (FTC), state, and dealership policies regarding labeling, data accuracy, and representation.
• Documentation Management: Maintain all required pre-owned vehicle documentation consistently inside both the physical vehicle and the used car deal folder.
• Timely Processing: Ensure that all photos, labels, window stickers, and required paperwork are processed, displayed, uploaded, and live on various websites within 10 days of vehicle arrival.
• Inventory Tracking & Reporting: Review missing photo lists daily with management and communicate real-time updates regarding inventory status.
• Marketing Integration: Coordinate closely with the Marketing Department to verify that images and data sync correctly across dealership and third-party websites, regularly auditing listings for accuracy.

Pay:

Starts at $14.00-$15.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, and occasional weekends
