Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage vault inventory, track stock movements, and conduct audits to ensure accurate records and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate test sample creation and lab delivery, and manage inter-department transfers of WIP or finished goods. The role requires knowledge of METRC/Leaf Logix, strong Excel skills, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Qualifications

• Qualified to work in the Massachusetts Cannabis Industry
• 21 Years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check (iCORI and Social Media checks)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening (cannabis positive result not excluded)
• Previous inventory management experience and ability to learn METRC/Leaf Logix
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Ability to learn new technologies
• Ability to learn quickly
• Effective communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain vault inventory, ensuring data is entered and accurate.
• Coordinate and record test sample creation and delivery to testing labs.
• Maintain and record all cannabis inventory transfers (physically and via tracking software) including inter-department transfers of WIP or finished goods.
• Create, communicate and manage transportation manifests via Metrc to delivery locations; ensure manifests are delivered to dispensaries 24 hours prior to delivery.
• Assist with pulling together wholesale deliveries, manifests, and receipt of payment.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies and notify appropriate parties.
• Assist with detailed inventory audits.
• Adhere to policies to ensure organization, sanitation and compliance in all storage locations.
• Perform clerical duties, including data entry and generating procedures.
• Receive, unpack, and inventory consumable goods.
• Complete miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Qualified to work in the Massachusetts Cannabis Industry
• 21 Years of age or older

$19 - $19 an hour
