Job summary

Celestica Fort Worth is seeking an inventory-focused professional to manage program inventory and perform regular E&O analysis. You will track surplus parts, forecast needs, and coordinate with multiple teams to optimize stock levels.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in inventory or supply chain roles, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP or RapidResponse. This on-site role supports our Americas operations from Texas.

Qualifications

• This role requires 2–4 years of inventory analysis or related experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Familiarity with SAP and RapidResponse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, controls and reports inventory for the Program Management team.
• Analyzes inventory data to identify excess, slow-moving, and obsolete materials.
• Performs E&O analysis to identify inventory risk and potential recovery.
• Prepares and submits E&O claims to customers per contracts.
• Maintains tracking of E&O exposure, submissions and recoveries.
• Produces weekly reports to forecast and track inventory.
• Balan ces results with financial records and assists team members.
• Coordinates distribution of surplus parts to other sites.

Summary

Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

• Coordinates, controls and reports inventory for the Program Management team
• Analyze inventory data to identify excess, slow-moving and obsolete materials.
• Perform regular E&O analysis to identify inventory risk and financial potential.
• Prepare and submit E&O claims to customer in accordance with contractual agreeements.
• Maintain proper tracking of E&O exposure, claim submissions, approvals and recovery amount.
• Produces weekly reports to forecast and track inventory.
• Balances inventory results with financial records.
• Tracks inventory issues and assists team members in understanding and resolving issues.
• Coordinates the distribution of surplus parts to other sites.
• Initiates the scrapping of surplus parts ensuring in accordance with Celestica procedures.

Physical Demands

• Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
• Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
• Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.

Typical Education

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Business or Engineering), or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Educational requirements may vary by geography.

Typical Experience

• Two to four years relevant experience in inventory analysis, supply chain planning or material management
• Experience in Manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP & RapidResponse
