Job summary

The Raymond Corporation in Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Shipping and Inventory Specialist to manage inbound/outbound shipments and inventory in the shop and warehouse. You will ensure accurate documentation, tagging, and location control while supporting efficient workflows.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, coordinating with operations, and maintaining a clean, safe facility. Experience with forklifts and basic computing skills are required; a GED or high school diploma is expected.

Qualifications

• One year of shipping & receiving and/or warehouse inventory experience.
• Must be able to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts.
• Must be able to load/unload materials on semis and flatbed trailers.
• High school diploma, GED, or technical school minimum.
• Must work well in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment (trucks, batteries, chargers, dock & door equipment) and match BOL to inventory.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery verification with shop operations, sales and rental teams.
• Optimize movement, storage, and processing of inventory to reduce errors and improve flow.
• Ensure inventory is properly tagged and located; consolidate for client delivery.
• Perform warehouse 5S activities and support improvement projects.
• Inspect and verify shipments into inventory with quality control focus.
• Receive LTL shipments and schedule accordingly.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and clean warehouse environment.
• Assist Shop and Parts teams with minor repairs as needed.
• Support additional duties as assigned by management.
