Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• HAZMAT training preferred, but not required.
• Forklift truck experience preferred.
• Aviation experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing freight transactions and complete DTS receiving documents.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, descriptions, serial numbers, and conditions of shipments.
• Prepare and package material for shipment in accordance with procedures, 49 CFR, and IATA guidelines.
• Select appropriate carriers to ensure on-time, economical delivery.
• Load and unload shipments and coordinate with warehouses.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by proper DTS documentation.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Materials Manager or Stockroom Supervisor.
