Rush Enterprises Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Clerk in Santa Ana, CA to handle essential warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, shipping, and process improvements.

You will verify shipments, update inventory systems, label parts, and prepare orders for delivery while maintaining safety and efficiency. The role requires a GED or high school diploma, the ability to lift 25 pounds, and a valid driver license with insurability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more.
• Three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid driver license with insurability.
• Forklift training/certification required within 90 days; operators must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify shipments; match counts to packing slips and record in system.
• Process and store incoming stock within 24 hours; ensure proper bin locations and barcodes.
• Assign locations and update system for new parts; label and organize.
• Handle inter-branch shipments; generate picking lists and stage parts for delivery.
• Pull customer orders for will call, shipment, or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and follow safety policies.
• Dispatch drivers and provide driving directions as needed.
• Process customer returns and ensure resale condition of parts.
• File freight claims for shortages or damage; back-up parts driver when needed.
