Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies is seeking an ASSURE Inventory Service Associate, a temporary contractor role supporting the Supply Chain Operations and Returns Team. The ISA will perform inventory management and courier inventory to fittings.

Based in Monroe, LA, the role involves traveling to patient homes, hospitals and clinics to provide retrieval services, coordinating with shipping partners and ensuring proper handling of the Assure system and components.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a comprehensive background check following offer.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Contact prescribers, caregivers and patients to schedule return services.
• Conduct inventory management including cycle counts.
• Move inventory to ensure availability for fittings at hospitals, patient homes, and clinics.
• Travel to patient homes, hospitals and other healthcare facilities to provide retrieval services.
• Assist patients in packing up the Assure system and components.
• Review and transmit essential paperwork with the patient to retrieve the Assure garment and WCD system.

The ASSURE Inventory Service Associate is a temporary contractor role and conducts patient field retrieval activities in support of the Supply Chain Operations and Returns Team. The ISA will perform inventory management and courier inventory to fittings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Contactprescribers,caregiversand patients to schedule return services.

• Conduct inventory management services which will include cycle counts.

• Move inventory around in the area to get the needed inventory to the sites for the fittings at hospitals, patienthomesandclinicsas necessary.

• Accept assignments as necessary, which couldinclude daytime, evening, and weekend hours.

• Travel topatienthomes, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities to provide retrieval services which may or may not include travel to high-risk areas.

• Assistpatients in packing up the Assure® system and all components.

• Review andtransmitessential paperwork with the patient to retrieve the Assure® garment and WCD system.

• Manage the return of inventory, including the Assure® system kits, garments, and electronic equipment including the dropoff ofthe Assure® system at a local FedEx or approved Walgreens drop off location.

• Coordinate and drop off retrieved equipment at Kestra preferred shipping partner(s).

Furthermore, information will only be released internally on a need-to-know basis. All Team Members will not discuss patient cases outside the office or with anyone not employed by this company unless they are directly involved with the patient’s case.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience Required

• Highschool diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license in state of residence with asatisfactorydriving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to provide proof of motor vehicle insurance
• Knowledge of MS Office, MSTeams

• DME Retrieval Experience
• Inventory Management experience

Estimated Pay Range: $2,800 - $3,800 per month depending on location and experience.
