This part-time internship supports inventory and operations activities, providing hands-on experience in key processes, including inventory management and returns processing.

Interns will collaborate with teams to improve operational efficiency and learn to utilize AI tools and Microsoft Excel in their daily tasks.

Qualifications

• College undergraduate Junior, Senior, or recent graduate (Spring 2026) eligible to participate.
• Ability to work on-site in Greensboro, NC for the full program duration.
• Availability for a part-time schedule of at least 20 hours per week.
• Interest in inventory management, warehouse operations, process improvement, or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Process product returns for multiple business divisions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Assist with inventory control activities, including basic inventory adjustments.
• Support inventory accuracy by investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Review and evaluate existing SOPs, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and AI-enabled tools to analyze data.
• Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams for business objectives.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
