Job summary

Rural King in Mattoon, IL is seeking a Replenishment Analyst to optimize inventory and ensure product availability across retail channels. You will analyze sales data, forecast demand, and implement replenishment strategies to balance costs and service levels.

You’ll partner with merchandising, procurement, and supply chain teams, adjust reorder points, and support regular inventory audits while contributing to performance insights and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Understanding of supply chain, demand forecasting, and replenishment strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Monitor sales trends and inventory to identify patterns and forecast demand.
Develop and implement replenishment strategies to optimize stock levels.
Collaborate with merchandising, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment.
