Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more and climb ladders.
• Ability to read and interpret company directives, Handbook and Manuals.
• Ability to stock and retrieve merchandise from stockroom and sales floor.
• Schedule flexibility to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom.
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment.
• Provide support for driving profitable sales, protecting company assets and support of the Company Handbook during their shifts.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• When entering the salesfloor, treat customers with respect and professionalism; adhere to dress code and brand standards.
• Maintain commitment and support for company initiatives.
• Take initiative during every shift to ensure shipments are processed timely.
• Report to shift with a professional, positive, can-do attitude at all times.
