Job summary

Decimal Engineering, a precision CNC machining and custom sheet metal fabrication manufacturer in Coral Springs, FL, is seeking a Receiving & Inventory Clerk to keep materials moving and inventory accurate. You will unload, label, organize materials, and coordinate with Production and Shipping to maintain flow.

Experience in forklift/pallet jack and ERP/WMS systems is preferred; strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, inventory control, warehousing, or shipping preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and basic computer skills.
• ERP/WMS inventory system experience is a plus.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• A dependable, adaptable team player who takes ownership and follows through.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and accuracy against purchase orders.
• Safely unload, label, and organize materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure proper material identification, storage, and traceability.
• Coordinate with Production and Shipping to keep materials flowing efficiently.
• Back up Shipping Clerk duties as needed, preparing shipments and documentation to meet customer deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Receiving & Inventory Clerk to keep materials moving, inventory accurate, and production on track. You'll also support our Shipping team when needed to help ensure customer orders are delivered on time.

What You'll Do
