Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to ensure precise inventory counts, quality assurance, and efficient staging of materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain accurate operations and schedules. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and move up to 500 lbs with carts, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule with possible overtime.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and/or inventory.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Ensure quality assurance processes and procedures are followed.
• Perform product counts.
• Stage materials within designated areas.
• Operate all necessary warehouse equipment and tools.
• Utilize a warehouse management system to maintain appropriate work documents.
