Veloz is hiring a Warehouse Problem Solver to maintain product flow in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse. You will identify causes of missing items, damaged packages or mislabelled shipments and fix issues to keep operations on track.

This role rewards detail-oriented problem solvers with Amazon experience as a plus. The position is full-time, 1st shift, 5:00 AM start with 10-hour shifts and overtime as needed in a 7-day operation.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to spot discrepancies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and accuracy.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment.
• Amazon experience a plus, especially ICQA roles.
• Familiar with handheld scanners and WMS systems.

Responsabilités

• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, including missing, extra or misplaced items.
• Handle damaged, mislabeled or unscannable product and route it correctly.
• Investigate and fix exceptions in receiving, picking, packing and shipping.
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and correct inventory.
• Conduct cycle counts and audits to keep inventory accurate.
• Work with associates, leads and management to clear problems quickly and keep workflow moving.
• Spot recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Keep clear, accurate records of issues and resolutions.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
