Job summary

Zuern Building Products is seeking an Inventory & Pricing Specialist to join our team in Wisconsin. This role focuses on maintaining accurate product pricing, monitoring inventory, and supporting purchasing and sales teams to ensure reliable data across systems.

You will analyze pricing and inventory trends, resolve discrepancies, assist with counts and audits, and collaborate with operations and accounting to drive actionable insights. Strong Excel and BisTrack experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; higher degree preferred
• Experience with inventory management, pricing administration, purchasing, accounting, or business operations preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to work with large amounts of data
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to learn and utilize company software systems including BisTrack
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong customer service mindset and collaborative approach
• Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive business information appropriately

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and managing product pricing within company systems
• Reviewing vendor price changes and ensuring timely updates
• Auditing pricing data for accuracy and consistency
• Monitoring inventory levels and identifying potential inventory concerns
• Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
• Assisting with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits
• Analyzing trends and reporting on inventory and pricing performance
• Collaborating with purchasing, sales, operations, and accounting teams to ensure accurate product information
• Creating and maintaining reports related to inventory, pricing, margins, and product performance
• Assisting with new product setup and product database maintenance
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management and pricing processes
• Providing exceptional internal customer service and support to team members across the organization
