Job summary

Speedo in Long Beach, CA is seeking an Inventory Planner to manage inventory plans across Core, Fashion, and SMU workflows and to minimize stock excess while meeting demand.

You will coordinate with forecasting and merchandising teams, adjust requisitions, and monitor KPI targets such as stock levels, service, and weeks of supply. This role offers hybrid working and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in supply chain planning or related roles.
• Experience with DRP modules and SAP.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Create inventory plans and targets for Core, Fashion & SMU workflows.
• Reconcile and revise purchase requisitions through production lead times.
• Manage stock-out situations and expedite products when needed.
• Plan and track new item introductions to meet on-shelf dates.
• Support monthly IBP process with inventory forecasts.
