Humana's CenterWell Pharmacy is hiring a Mail Operations Inventory Pharmacy Technician I to perform basic clerical and operational tasks. You will organize inventory, label medications, and assist with order fulfillment in a non-patient facing role.

on-site in Orlando, FL, 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday, with potential overtime. Requirements include an active FL Pharmacy Technician license and experience in pharmacy or warehouse settings.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Registered Pharmacy Technician license with the Florida Board of Pharmacy.
• Experience as a pharmacy technician OR any factory/warehouse setting experience.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• On-site full-time work at 11010 Florida Crown Dr. Suite 200 Orlando, FL 32824.

The Mail Operations Inventory Pharmacy Technician 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically work on routine and patterned assignments. You will support daily operations by organizing inventory, labeling medications, and assisting with order fulfillment.

The Mail Operations Inventory Pharmacy Technician 1 ensures inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with inventory supply team. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.

Technicians will perform the tasks required in the core areas of the pharmacy

Semi-routine scheduled assignments

This is a non-patient facing role

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active Registered Pharmacy Technician license with the Florida (FL) Board of Pharmacy
• Experience as a pharmacy technician OR any factory/warehouse setting experience
• Problem solver who can find viable solutions that meet business needs
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Work on-site full-time at the CenterWell dispensing center located at 11010 Florida Crown Dr. Suite 200 Orlando, FL 32824

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand during an entire work shift
• Ability to lift 35lbs occasionally and 25-30lbs frequently
• Have hand strength to grasp and twist items continuously
• Ability to reach above the waist and shoulders frequently
• Bend, twist and reach frequently
• Comfortable working at heights of 20ft

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 or more years of experience in pharmacy dispensing
• Moderate working knowledge of Excel

Additional Information

Work Hours : 8-hour shift Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. EST (Based on business need)

Overtime (Can include weekends-Saturday or Sunday) based on our needs

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
