Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a qualified inventory and operations associate to execute and monitor inventory best practices across front-end and pharmacy areas. The role includes receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy, with emphasis on On-Shelf Availability and asset protection.

The position requires leading by example in customer service, training team members, and ensuring accurate pricing and stock levels while supporting pickup and delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Executes and coaches team members on warehouse and vendor inventory management processes.
• Scans deliveries in-store, manages One Box receiving and corrects order issues.
• Verifies pharmacy shipments postings and reports shortages or damaged products.
• Performs On-Shelf Availability end-to-end tasks including warehouse, DSD and returns.
