Job summary

The Parts Coordinator at Cemex US will receive and distribute parts for the assigned area, supporting purchasing activities and maintaining accurate stock levels to keep operations running smoothly. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to global procurement policies.

You'll work in a warehouse environment, handle inventory tasks, operate equipment, and assist with order processing while following safety guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate equipment in reverse using mirrors.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Forklift operation training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Take inventory of existing parts.
• Receive and distribute incoming parts.
• Create Goods Receipt in SAP per procurement policies.
• Notify procurement of inventory needs.
• General housekeeping of warehouse area.
• Drive and operate parts department vehicle as required.
• Safely operate a forklift (training provided).
• Process work orders and order parts as required.
• Code purchasing card statements with relevant work order numbers.
