Job summary

ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. in North Mankato, MN is seeking a Packer to manage material flow, store and distribute items, and maintain accurate inventory records.

The role involves order prep, locating items, and packing for shipping with attention to safety and quality. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with inventory scanners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly (with assist).
• Proficiency with computer and inventory scanner.
• Basic math skills for unit conversions and measurements.
• Reading comprehension of simple English and effective communication.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares each order per shipping department instructions.
• Moves products to proper location or assigns new location.
• Uses blueprints, routing sheets, and hand tools to assist in pack operation.
• Packages and moves products to shipping department for processing.
• Completes final inspection of assembly process.
• Completes inspection paperwork and moves parts to storage racks.
• Marks identifying codes on products.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area daily.
• Follows safety rules and uses hearing/eye protection as required.
