Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage packaging and labeling inventory for our protein and salt operations. You will coordinate with purchasing, stage materials for production, and ensure accuracy to minimize waste while supporting efficient production runs.

The role requires the ability to lift heavy items, work in cold environments, and comply with safety procedures, including potential forklift certification and weekend/holiday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship and be 18+ years old.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English, perform basic math, and operate data entry functions.
• Capable of lifting 60-80 lb boxes consistently, with or without accommodations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in cold and physically demanding environments, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels in coordination with the purchasing department.
• Stage inventory for production runs and ensure accuracy to reduce waste.
• Assist with setup of packaging materials on equipment.
• Communicate with planning and scheduling teams for upcoming inventory needs.
