Job summary

Crowe’s Performance Improvement department in the Advisory practice seeks a Master Scheduler Inventory Optimization Senior Consultant with manufacturing operations experience who can observe current production, identify gaps, and provide recommendations to reduce and eliminate production issues.

Responsibilities include developing KPI systems, deploying improvement initiatives, and mentoring client staff, with a focus on LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of planning and scheduling, manufacturing operations and/or consulting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel 80-100%.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments by conducting operational and shop-floor observations and using analytical skills.
• Develop, deploy KPI’s and operating systems to measure and improve performance.
• Develop, manage, and lead continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Deliver training, coach, and mentor client staff.
• Lead portions of the scope of work and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
