Job summary

YES Communities, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support manufactured home inventory operations.

You will ensure homes are acquired, placed, and tracked in compliance with budget, legal, and regulatory requirements, applying independent judgment to resolve exceptions and coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and community teams. You will partner with field leadership and corporate stakeholders to keep inventory records accurate, drive cost control, and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory management, logistics, or related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple processes independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and align new home orders with budget; propose actions for out-of-budget orders.
• Audit invoices for new home orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead guidance on home removals and budget comparisons.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and field leadership on logistics.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
• Support compliance with intake, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
