Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to oversee physical inventory processes across multiple locations and coordinate with third-party services.

You will manage a team of 15–25 OIS employees and direct in-store counts, ensuring accurate data transfer to corporate systems. You will travel extensively to execute counts, maintain adherence to store policies, and drive accurate cut-offs while leveraging Genesis systems.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education.
• 5 years' extensive experience in operations management and all selling and inventory management systems.

Mansioni

• Prepare the physical breakdown of the store into geographic count sections.
• Manage the flow and deliverable for a team of OIS employees (15–25) while directing the activity of 1 ASM and Lowe's associates.
• Provide a customer friendly inventory environment for the store to operate while managing the inventory process.
• Demonstrate leadership ability to direct inventory team members in actions related to the inventory process.
• Manage the count to achieve accurate counts and cut-offs.
• Explain, direct and manage the inventory team from the store in performing physical counts and reconciliations.
• Manage system issues associated with the physical inventory process.
• Display and execute an understanding of store operations policies to accommodate inventory processing.
