Job summary

Kirkland's is seeking a Stock Team Member in Ohio to assist with freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. You will help with price changes, ensure efficient stockroom operations, and support brand standards on the salesfloor.

No experience is required, but stock experience is a plus and a strong work ethic is essential. You will work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 45 pounds, and collaborating with team

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to follow company directives, handbook and manuals.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings and off hours.
• Lift/move up to 45 pounds regularly; climb ladders as needed.
• Able to handle bulky merchandise and stockroom tasks.
