Job summary

Pay-Less Markets in Mangilao, GU is seeking a Stock Clerk to ensure efficient inventory management, accurate deliveries, and well organized stockrooms to support daily store operations.

You will receive stock, maintain labeling, assist displays, perform regular audits, and work with the team to deliver great customer service while following safety protocols in a retail environment.

This full-time role requires physical endurance and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Valid Health Certificate.
• Must uphold company mission.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments.
• Flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials, verifying the accuracy of deliveries and ensuring proper documentation.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring that all items are easily accessible and properly labeled.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages to the relevant department to facilitate timely reordering.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of product displays, ensuring that merchandise is presented in an appealing and organized manner.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to support store operations and customer service efforts.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the stockroom and other inventory areas.
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect inventory and minimize loss.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
