Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a Store Inventory Associate to check daily inventory, remove out-of-date items, load pallets into coolers, select, stock, and restock items, and maintain attractive displays. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to store standards in Bethlehem, PA.

Primary duties include nightly prep, PPE adherence, and following department leadership directions. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand to complete job duties and follow policies
• Complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the position
• Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools for the job
• Must perform all job functions safely
• Must meet company performance standards including regular attendance
• Must wear properly assigned clothes and shoes for the job
• Must have and maintain required licenses, certificates, or permits for the position

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare for duties, ensuring PPE and safety compliance
• Follow directions and expectations of department leadership
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters
