Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Stock Associate for our store in Mebane, NC. You’ll help keep shelves stocked, products flowing, and customers happy while collaborating with a great team to keep the store energized.

You’ll handle merchandise shipments, replenishment, markdowns, stock transfers, and support omni-channel requests following UA policies. This role offers development opportunities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old or 16+ in the EMEA region
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs and stand/walk for shifts
• Proficient with technology such as handheld devices and computers
• Opportunities for development and advancement

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise shipments
• Replenish the sales floor
• Manage markdowns and re-ticketing; stock transfers and damaged goods
• Ensure the store, sales floor and stockrooms are clean and organized
• Deliver omni-channel requests in line with UA process and policy through digital experience
• Model the UA service culture and customer expectations
• Support and adhere to Under Armour's visual standards for merchandise presentation
• Follow safety standards and notify leadership of any safety concerns
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
• Pursue personal growth and seize opportunities to improve performance
• Other tasks as assigned by management
