Job summary

LOFT in Germantown, TN is seeking a part-time Stock Associate to help run store operations. You will process shipments, move products from stockroom to sales floor, and keep the store organized and fully stocked.

You also greet customers to support a positive shopping experience and uphold high standards. Ideal candidates bring a hospitality mindset, are flexible with hours (including evenings and weekends), and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills to contribute to LOFT's

Responsibilities

Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent experiences.
Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
Prepare the store and backroom: process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise.
Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
