You will partner with Buyers to shape assortment strategies, optimize inventory, and support supply chain with forecasting and promotions. This role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making, and improving cash flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in merchandise planning or allocations.
• Strong retail math and analytical skills with data-driven approach.
• Ability to forecast, plan, and recommend actions in a closeout environment.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and manage dept/sub-dept merchandise forecasts with Merchants to guide strategies.
• Provide purchase analysis and forecast impact observations to buyers.
• Develop assortment plans and balance inventory across stores.
• Create inbound/outbound forecasts to support supply chain and allocation.
• Review open-to-buy with merchants and adjust based on trends.
