Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Supply Clerk to support daily operations by receiving, storing, and issuing materials. You will maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production, and help ensure a smooth material flow.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience, with warehouse or material handling familiarity and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1-3 years related experience.
• Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
• Must follow safety rules and maintain clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Store materials in designated locations and maintain organized stockroom.
• Issue materials to employees and departments as requested.
• Enter receiving, issuing, and inventory transactions into the inventory system.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory including finished goods and non-inventory items.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with periodic inventories.
• Monitor stock levels and notify Purchasing when items need to be reordered.
• Prepare materials for shipment and coordinate outgoing deliveries when required.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely, as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
