Job summary

Bosch is hiring a POU Attendant to maintain stock levels in production and remove roadblocks to assembly line efficiencies. You will perform inventory counts, replenish items, and transport materials to workstations while upholding a 5S work environment.

A forklift license and ability to read safety docs are required. The role requires lifting 25–50 pounds repeatedly, operating pallet jacks and forklifts, and willingness to overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold and maintain a JCIforklift license.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and OMS.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: conducts regular physical inventories, cycle counts, and audits to ensure stock levels align with demand.
• Replenishment & Delivery: transports materials from central storage to workstations, including shelves, carts, or bins.
• Stock Tracking: monitors and records inventory movement and logs issued items in systems such as SAP; identifies low-stock items for replenishment.
• Workplace Organization: maintains clean, organized, and 5S-compliant work areas; removes expired or obsolete materials as needed.
• Equipment Operation: safely operates material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move heavy items.
