Job summary

Amazon Kirkland is seeking a warehouse associate to move and expedite materials, verify packaging and tagging, and use ERP systems to manage parts flow. You will work with quality control, purchasing, and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

The role requires lifting up to 49 pounds, standing for long shifts, and proficiency with MS Excel and MS Office. Prior supply chain or inventory experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required or 2+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience.
  • Experience with MS Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  • Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
  • Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

  • Physically move and expedite materials to support production and meet schedules.
  • Verify materials are packaged, bagged and tagged for hand off to production floor.
  • Use proprietary software and ERP systems to complete warehouse tasks and movement of parts.
  • Document system issues and communicate with quality control, purchasing and related departments to resolve problems.
  • Operate equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, cherry picker, and hand carts.
