Job summary

SMS InfoComm is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to support Fort Worth operations. You will handle parts receiving and delivery, manage bin locations, and organize the warehouse to ensure smooth flow for repairs and production lines.

The role requires lifting up to 10 pounds, standing up to 8 hours, and the ability to perform multiple tasks with accuracy. Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP is expected, and you’ll uphold 5S standards daily.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for 8 hours.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Experience with MS Excel, SAP, and Service me.
• Maintain 5S standards and assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and deliver parts for MB.
• Manage parts and bin locations.
• Organize the warehouse and stock room.
• Build mockups for the production lines.
• Record part usage and maintain part buffers for repair and rework.
• Ensure FIFO based on the age of parts.
• Ensure parts conform to ESD standards and reject defective parts.
• Organize non-conforming parts and move to designated area.
• Perform cycle counts to keep inventory accurate.
• Meet KPI targets and report KPI end of day.
• Follow 5S standards and maintain punctuality.
