• Practical analytical thinking in a hybrid setting.
• Eagerness to take ownership and run with new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Keep the hybrid partnership honest with numbers both sides accept.
• Stress-test the forecast against the RI scenario nobody wants.
• Decide which business experiments graduate and which quietly die.
• Own the cadence that turns Critical Thinking reporting into CILT action.
• Lead pricing analysis and recommend adjustments that protect margins.
• Flag the assumption in the plan that everything else quietly rests on.
• Sit between Last Mile Delivery and Critical Thinking teams as the person who makes the call.
• Keep Warwick expansion on schedule when half the plan changes weekly.
