Qualifications

• Comfort being measured against a clear manager bar.
• Confident communicator across email, calls, and in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Defend the budget line by line when Arvada finance reviews.
• Align go-to-market plans with Community Solutions Group strategy.
• Set targets for Arvada, CO teams and ensure they are fair.
• Stress-test the forecast against CO scenarios nobody wants.
