Job summary

Aritzia is expanding its Inventory Management team in Retail. The Inventory Manager will lead the team, manage shipments from distribution centres and stores to clients, and ensure stock levels align with the merchandising plan.

You will drive display standards, balance product across the back room, and support cross-channel shopping experiences while overseeing daily team performance and development within our Everyday Luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from distribution centres, store-to-store, and to clients.
• Place product in back room to balance stock and optimize quantities.
• Uphold product display standards and merchandising placement per plan.
• Enable integrated cross-channel shopping experiences.
• Support store operations including windows, fitting rooms, supplies, equipment, and tech.
• Manage day-to-day team performance and development.
